| I began my job search for an internship about a month ago, and had a couple interviews about two weeks ago. I recently accepted an offer and will start on Monday as a Project Engineer with Swinerton Management & Consulting (http://www.swinerton.com), a construction management firm whose annual revenues exceed $1.9 billion and has offices throughout the west. I'm looking forward to my tenure there, as it will be an excellent time to gain experience in the industry.

| I went to my first SC game on Saturday and it was insane. The line was 10-12 people deep and stretched for several hundred yards. (Keep in mind that pretty much every student in line is drunk.) It took over 2 hours to get into the stadium, and once in the stadium another 45 minutes to get the seats. Basically we would move in waves, we'd stand for about 15 minutes and then everyone would just pushing and the line would surge forward a couple feet. The school oversold the Student tickets and sold out all the other seats, so not only did they lock out a bunch of students, but once in many of us didn't have seats. The students were going nuts outside, everyone was pissed that they'd oversold and couldn't move us through. I saw one kid scale the wall (and we cheered him on - he was arrested once he got inside).
Once I finally got to my seat (by this point I'd gotten separated from all my friends), I was only able to sit there for about 5 minutes before some Nebraska fans kicked me out of the seat. But there were so many people crammed on the stairs, I just stood on the stairs with a bunch of other students. I met a couple guys who had just been kicked out of their seats (the Nebraska fan tried starting a fight with him) and I wound up hanging out with them for the rest of the game and night. As we were standing a Nebraska fan got in a fight with one of the students, the poor kid got tackled by 5 cops, at which point we were forced off the stairs and back out the tunnel by ushers and police. They eventually took us down on the grass behind the in-zone, but we were moved twice by ushers after that. Considering how pissed everyone was there, we were all suprised there wasn't more fights and rioting. It was definitely a game I'll remember for a while!

The student jumping the wall!:
The line, but this picture really doesn't even show how tightly packed we were:

| Here's some more explanation on the name Del ... Our QB has an awesome name, so my roomie (Jon) decided to be entrepreneurial with it and launched his shirt business, and I've been helping him get it going. Booty saw Jon wearing the shirt today at school and told him, "NICE SHIRT!"
First the QB John David Booty:

Second, Jon modeling one of the shirts:
